This Shipping Policy explains how Shreeji Car Decor (operated by SHREEJI ENTERPRISES) delivers orders across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India through our logistics partners. Delivery availability depends on courier coverage for your address.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after successful online payment.
• Orders placed on Sundays/public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
• You will receive order confirmation and shipment updates on your registered phone/email where available.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
• Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take longer.
• Timelines are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date.

4. Shipping Charges

• Some products show price including shipping.
• For certain destinations (outside our free/included shipping zones), an additional shipping charge may apply and will be shown in the Order Summary at checkout.
• Delivery within Rajasthan may be free where shipping is already included in product pricing, as applicable.

5. Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking / AWB number may be shared. You can also check status from My Orders in your account after login.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your name, phone, and full address (including pincode) are correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you.

7. Delays & Failed Delivery

• Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier issues, or high volume periods.
• If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability / wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.
